About

This digital library is part of the grade fulfillment for University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s School of Information Science’s Digital Libraries class (L&IS 682) taught by Edward Benoit III. The creators of this library are Maura Coonan, Dan Hauck, and Eleanor Peterson.

Project Origin

The project idea came from Peterson, who noticed that all three members of the group have lived in Minnesota at some time of their lives. The rationale behind the roadside attractions is to showcase places that could be considered kitsch, touristic, famous, or any combination of the three.
