Good eating is a Midwestern tradition, and for three generations the Tuthill family has quietly prided itself on its cooking--to be loudly proud would be impolite, after all. Now, Whitney Tuthill-Preus is proud to present three generations of Tuthills worth of recipes, fit for all parts of a meal and any number of guests.

 

The Electric Cookbook contains a wide variety of recipes, fit for any time of the year, any level of skill, and any budget. Cooking time, cost, number of servings, and various diets have been taken into account, and can be searched along with ingredients and a host of other data. Every recipe in this cookbook has been made and eaten by one Tuthill or another, and none of them would be here if they weren't highly recommended!
