What formats are available?
This digital library is made up of primarily of JPGs and is interspersed with some PDFs and hyperlinks. There is also a WAV file, one Word document, and a slide show available in MP4 and MOV formats.

Can I use the images in the collection?
Please contact us if you would like to use our images. While we are open to Fair Use by educators and non-profit organizations under U.S. Copyright law, anyone wishing to publish our resources or use them commercially must obtain written permission from the publisher.

How do I access the PDF documents?
PDF documents are accessed through Adobe Acrobat reader. If you do not have the correct version installed on your computer, an update is available through the Internet. Please search online for the version appropriate to your type of computer.

What is the best way to search this collection?
Try searching with keywords related to the type of meal you are interested in cooking. You can also browse by Type of Dish or Key Ingredients. The collection can be browsed by using the recently added items window or the carousel feature, too.

Is tagging allowed?
A tag is a key word (or words) that helps the user to describe or locate an item. Tagging facilitates interaction with the collection by allowing a user to add descriptions that are personally meaningful. If you would like to add a tag, click on the item. Once you are on the item’s page, click on “Add Tags” and follow the steps instructions provided.
